Welcome to Leadership Collaborative with KFA

Hi, there! I’m Kayla Fahey-Ahrndt (aka KFA) Seven years ago, at age 25, I stepped into my first healthcare leadership role and was promoted quickly and became manager just before I turned age 28.  I had a moment (okay, moments plural) where I knew I needed to learn and grow in order to succeed in my new role. I didn't find the young professional leadership advice I was looking for from Google or Pinterest (I know you checked there too...). So here I'm giving you the tools to rock each day, end and prevent burnout, and enjoy a vibrant career and full life!

I share tactile tips, tools, and templates that have worked or me and others I have helped jump start their careers. I'm obsessed with reading and learning, so I always have new and exciting ideas to share with you!

 🔹I host the Leadership Collaborative to create a community and space for leaders to connect and learn from each other and receive mentorship from me. I also create self-paced courses to help you kickstart and accelerate your career.
